Fantastic Opportunity ??? Our client one of the leading UK Companies in personal lending, consumer debt collection and commercial debt collection are looking for a Field Credit Manager to join their team.
The Role: You will be responsible to ensure the achievement of the branch business plan through defined polices, procedures and standards.
Managing a team of Field Based Agents*Representatives and providing a weekly home collect service to customers; you will have the ability to develop a balanced customer base with profitable growth and minimal bad debt. A major aspect of your role will be staff recruitment, training and motivation in order to develop a successful and outstanding team.
The Person: The successful candidate will be come from an arrears or direct sales background (any industry), target*results driven, have the ability to establish positive working relationships with customers and other external organisations to enhance the companies? image and reputation.
